- How do I subscribe?
- We use Paypal to manage subscriptions for now. All you have to do is go to the sales page for each course, read through the course description and click on the “Subscribe Now” button. You will be taken to PayPal to set up your subscription. Paypal requires a Paypal account for subscription management. Once the system verifies your payment, you’ll be automatically subscribed.
- What if I’m not comfortable with Computers? Are the programs hard to access?
- Everyone starts out the same way with computers. Computers and the Internet are skills we learn, not innate talents we possess. That’s why we made the courses downloadable and accessible through the web. We have a variety of course content, from audio, to video, to pdfs that you can download and print out. If you are thinking you cannot build a successful online marketing system, you are limiting the amount of money you can easily make with Young Living. We teach you the HOW in HOW to build online and offline marketing campaigns and systems.
- Can I resubscribe and start back up where I left off later?
- If you can provide support Support with the last week you left off, we’ll be happy to structure your new subscription to help you pick up approximately where you left off. We cannot guarantee exactly the right week, you may be a week or two behind, we do our best to get you right where you left off.
- I need to cancel a subscription to the course. How can I do that?
- Just log onto www.paypal.com to manage your subscription payments. We do not manage subscriptions or payments on our end. This is far more secure for you and for us. Please manage your subscription by going to www.paypal.com and click Manage My Subscriptions. From there you can change payment methods, add a payment method and cancel your subscription.
- I need to change my method of payment for a subscription. Can I give you my credit card?
- We do not have access to your Paypal account and cannot manage your subscription for you. Please update your payment by going to www.paypal.com and click Manage My Subscriptions. From there you can change payment methods, add a payment method and cancel your subscription.
Did you accidentally cancel a subscription and you want to join back up where you left off? Simply go to How to Resubscribe to set up your subscription again. Then, submit a ticket to support with the last week you left off and your original start date so we can resume your subscription.
Do you need to cancel your subscription? Go to Paypal, log-in and then from your dashboard there should be a link that says Manage My Subscriptions. Use that link to cancel your subscription to EOSU. Remember you can always start back up again in the future and not lose your previous weeks.
